More Time

An annual calendar provides an abundance of use in all seasons for each owner. The calendar rotates to provide one week of use every four weeks, beginning on Wednesday, and includes all the key holidays for each owner at some point over a calendar cycle.

More Luxury

Alpine Fractions meticulously furnishes each home with hundreds of items. When you purchase from us, you can forget the time and expense needed to furnish your getaway. We decorate each home with furnishings and accents in a rich mountain décor.

Less Worry

At Alpine Fractions, management services are in place to keep each unit in clean, working order for every owner. In addition to cleaning the home after each use, the management services process the bills, and schedule repairs.

More Storage

Each owner has their own lockable garage with storage cabinets and a refrigerator for storage of food, clothing, or other personal items. Each owner can even store up to four ATVs at their mountain vacation home. Many homes also include individual lockable storage lockers within the home. All this private storage allows owners to store whatever they would like to leave at the property securely.

Less Cost

Owners share equally the monthly maintenance costs of each mountain home. A bookkeeper processes bills and tracks annual expenses, providing reports to each owner. As a fractional owner, you enjoy lower year-round costs and far fewer responsibilities. This truly adds to the joy of ownership.

More Piece of Mind

An ownership agreement establishes the ownership structure, rules and bylaws of the property. The agreement helps all the partners enjoy the use of the home and know that the other owners have the same rules for care and upkeep.

More Control

Each owner has their undivided interest in fee-simple title, which provides all the tax benefits and legal rights of property ownership. You own your quarter interest individually and exclusively under a common form of residential ownership. Like any other form of real estate, you can sell your interest at any time.
