Owners can swap dates and combine weeks with other homeowners if one week is not conducive to their schedule. The calendar delineates use weeks for years in advance, making it easy to facilitate a change. Homeowners can also rent their homes to vacationers during weeks they will not use their home, either by themselves or through our property management company, helping defray some costs of ownership.
